Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for the company’s products.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure individual and team sales targets are met
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet these specific requirements.
  • Monitor sales data and market trends to adjust sales strategies timely.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaborations to support sales activities and customer service.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
  • Prior experience in the electronic components industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing customer relationships and team interactions.
  • Strong business acumen and market insight, able to quickly understand market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships to expand market share.
  • Understand and fulfill customer needs, providing suitable products and services.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Achieve sales targets and participate in sales meetings and training.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, candidates with experience in the electronic components industry will be given preference.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, able to achieve sales in a competitive market.
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.
  • Able to effectively manage time, prioritizing tasks and customer needs.
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
